Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what high-level data categories we process, why we process them, and what choices you have. We do not sell personal data.

Data We Collect

Usage information and diagnostics (for example feature usage, crashes, and performance signals).
App settings and functional data stored on your device to make app features work.
Support communications you send us (for example emails sent via support or feedback links).
In selected countries, Google TV & Android TV Remote may offer optional Google AdMob videos after the free daily command limit. If you tap to watch a video, Google may collect a device advertising identifier, IP address, and other technical data needed to deliver that ad.
On your device only, that app may store whether you completed a video and simple command/time meters used to decide when another video can be offered.

How We Use Data

Provide and maintain core app functionality.
Improve app stability, performance, and user experience.
Respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues when you contact us.
In selected countries, offer an optional rewarded video on the command-limit paywall as an alternative to a Lifetime purchase. Completing a video unlocks extra remote commands only, not Pro features. You can choose Not now and stay on 20 commands per day. Lifetime Pro users are never shown ads.

Optional rewarded videos

This applies to Google TV & Android TV Remote in selected countries. Other Agile Works apps do not show these videos unless this policy is updated.

After the free trial and 20 commands per day, the paywall offers a Lifetime purchase, watching a short video, or Not now.
If you finish a video, extra commands are unlocked until both a command count and a waiting time are reached (defaults: about 40 commands and 10 minutes). Closing a video early or choosing Not now leaves you on 20 commands per day; the same three choices appear again when you reach that limit.
Videos do not unlock extra saved devices, custom remotes, fullscreen layouts, or other Pro features.
Ads and Google’s consent form are not shown to Lifetime Pro users. Where the law requires consent before ads, Google’s form is shown first.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not trade user information.
We may use service providers that process limited data on our behalf (for example diagnostics, analytics, or Google AdMob if you watch an optional rewarded video).
We may disclose data only when legally required or needed to protect rights and security.

Data Retention

Local app data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app.
Operational analytics and diagnostics are retained only as long as reasonably needed.
When you email us, we retain those communications only as needed to handle your request.

Security

Data in transit is protected using industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS).
Access to systems and data is restricted to authorized personnel.

Your Choices

You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings.
You can delete app data via device settings.
If analytics controls exist in an app, you can use those settings where available.
You can skip videos (Not now), buy Lifetime access to remove ads, or clear app data / uninstall to delete local video opt-in data on your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be published on this page with a new effective date.
